Yes, our treatments are safe for pets and children. We use low-toxic, targeted products and advise you to keep pets away until the spray dries (usually 2 hours).

How long does a standard pest treatment take?

A standard 3-bedroom home takes approximately 1.5 hours to treat. We cover the interior, exterior, roof void, and subfloor.

Do I need to leave the house during the treatment?

You don't need to leave the house for most treatments. We only ask you to vacate for 2 hours if we are conducting a flea or bed bug treatment.

What is included in your 6-Month Warranty*?

Our 6-Month Warranty* covers free callbacks if the targeted pests return. It applies to cockroaches, spiders, and silverfish.

How often should I get a pest inspection?

You should get a pest inspection every 12 months. Homes in high-risk termite areas should be inspected every 6 months.

Do you offer same-day service?

We offer emergency same-day service for biting & stinging insects only (wasps, bees, bed bugs, Bird lice). Bookings must be made before 12pm and are subject to availability. Routine and general pest control is scheduled by appointment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
